Shipping & Returns

All cookies are sent via Australia Post, Monday to Friday. We do not send cookies out on weekends.

Standard delivery is $10

Express delivery is $15

Please allow ample timing from the date of your event for your cookies to be delivered. We suggest two weeks out from your event.

We do offer free local pickup from our commercial kitchen in Melbourne. Please choose pick up at check out for this option. We will then be in touch to arrange a suitable pick up time.

Once your cookie order has been shipped we cannot take any responsibility for how they are received. When packing, we ensure that every measure is taken to secure your package. This includes laying your cookies flat in a strong mailing box and filling each box with packaging material including bubble wrap so that you cookies do not move in transit. Each package will also we be sent with a FRAGILE label clearly displayed.

If in the event your cookies arrive completely damaged, please get in contact with us and send us a photo of the damage within 24 hours. We will assess the case on an individual basis and in most cases offer a complete refund or replacement of cookies if time allows.
